I’m Shamima Fowzee, an Early Years Trainer, Assessor and Creative Arts Therapist with over 23 years of experience in Early Years education.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with Early Years practitioners, learners, nurseries and families, supporting them to strengthen their knowledge, confidence and everyday practice.
My approach is practical, reflective and child-centred. I believe that meaningful improvement happens when we look beyond theory and consider what really works for children, practitioners and individual settings.
Through Shamima’s Workshop, I provide educational consultancy, EYFS curriculum support, practitioner professional development and quality & practice support, with services tailored to the individual priorities of each setting.
My aim is simple: to help Early Years professionals feel more confident in their practice and create meaningful, positive experiences for young children.
